unrealircd with a router help

hi im running the latest version of unreal but how do i config my router with it? because no one can connect to it please help me

You most likely have to forward 1 or more ports on your router. Read the manual or check if your router is listed on http://www.portforward.com/

And since you told us nothing about your router (such as its model) we will be able to easily determine what router you use, and do your work for you, googling it and pasting the results here.
