IRCop problem

At first, sorry if answers on my next questions are on this forum. I looked, fix some another problems, but not this. I use UnrealIrcd3.2.4 and Anope1.6.4 as last stable release.

So, i have two questions.
1. i start anope services: ./services -debug -nofork and get next debug information:

As i see, services and unrealircd were connected. But, why i get this messages, like "unknown message from server ". Is this normal?

2. UnrealIrcd.conf:

And question is: why only +rd, why i have neither ircop nor op access. When i type /oper add admin barss: * No O-lines for your host
When i type /msg chanserv register #main passwd Main, i have: You must be a channel operator to register the channel.
When i type /msg operserv help, i have: -OperServ- Access denied.

Any idea? Thank you.

You identified for your nick, but did you also get your oper status (/oper sword password)?
Then you should be able to use /os add and /os help.
For the ChanServ error; no idea really, I sometimes have that error too, then cycle the channel (or override +o/+q), and it works.
