my services cannt Run

Link denied for irc.mizofa.net([email protected]) (No link block named 'irc.mizofa.net') [@64.18.143.240.61624]

I dont understand.. I think all .conf are correct and i used all the day and night.when stealth is down and after stealth is up... my services cannt run and do not link. Please help me. How to do

create a link {} block for it?

If you do have link blocks, then maybe you've forgotten to rehash?
