Hello All --
Is there a way to set the condition -q for everyone even if they are a founder as a default -- so that ~ is not used and @ would be used if a founder identifies to the channel ?? I would like to make it so that the founder had to explicitly set +q if he so desired...

Many Thanks..

Dale :P

You could turn off the ~:

Under "How to turn it off"

Other than that, about the only thing that sets ~ is services. If you don't want services to do it you'll have to check your services documentation on it.

IRCServices won't support +q any more as of version 5.1, by the way.

Read the later mailinglist discussion(s) - it may be coming back, in the form of a module at least.
