i need help: No O-lines for your host

i use the /oper and it says No O-lines for your host i type the passwords right and stuff

oper Batista3 {
class clients;
from {
userhost @127.0.0.1;
userhost @112-147;
};
password "philips1";

plz help

Be sure to use a valid user@host, not something you just made up...
