Notice about TS Control

Hello,

I get the following popping up every now and then: *** Notice -- TS Control - U:line set time to be 1147543589 (timediff: 0)

My question is: Is it possible to disable this and eventually where am I doing that :?:

Your services are running a module to sync the servers time so everyone has the same time.
