I have been reading through the FAQs and the forums but haven't seen anything referencing the ability to have persistant channels. The server runs great but I want to be able to have five persistant channels. Right now who ever /join #channel first be default gets chan op, and I do not want that to happen.
There is also a module somewhere that deops the first person in a channel. It is called joindeop, IIRC it is on the Unreal site. But services would be the best way to go.
