Unreal Crashed without any reason??

Hello,

I need help... My unrealircd automatically crashed without any reason? Why does its always happend after a few hours (maybe after 12 hours after started) then its crashed...

Do you have any core files in the Unreal directory?

or

wircd.core.* or wircd.*.core, i forget which

no any cores in that path/folder. So weird.. The unrealircd.conf works very well and the server are works without any errors. Sometimes, if I run on Win Os, this ircd automatically crashed after a few hours later. Wait, i've founds some errors in Event Viewer about this ircd. Its says:
