T-rexke, try other Anope versions. I like version 1.7.12 and 1.6.3. Both are stable but 1.7.12 quite stable.

Or/then, you need to restart your Anope from a beginning. Remove an existed .db files, and try again.

MarHazK: That would not cause this problem.

T-rexke: Check your ULINES.

Try another Anope version or restart your Anope from beginning without any DB files existed. Try it. If its solved, well congratulation..

Notes: Your Anope databases (DB) files maybe crashed right now or maybe your Anope has a bugs. If its works fine after you solve this by using this steps, then report it to http://www.anope.org about 1.7.14 bugs.

When i had this problem it ONLY happened in channels which had BotServ bots assigned to them. If i unassigned the bots the problem wouldnt occour which leads me to believe its realted to the BotServ modules. Otherwise i dont know what could cause it.

Now i think about it the only 2 things different when i fixed it where that it was on a different computer and a new install with the databases from the previous install and i upgraded from 1.7.13 to 1.7.14 of Anope. So i dont think its related to the databases.

Well then the other option is as MarHazK suggest to uninstall and completly re-install Anope from scratch. You could try first with backing up and restoring your databases and then with fresh ones see if that makes any difference.

Just a random question what operating system are you using?

Windows/NIX should be works without any errors unless its accidently shutdown without save properly or sources/Anope has a bugs. :?

But this error will occurs if the DBs are crashed or incorrectly settings in services.conf. If a PURE/original Anope is started nicely without any errors, Anope totally wont cause a -ntr errors except DBs.
