1) How to make this ip from irc.domain.net to redirect to any random ip or the most nearest area/server connections? Example, redirecting irc.domain.net to server1.domain.net, or server2.domain.net, or server3.domain.net.
2) And also, redirecting port 6667 to any random port such as 6660, 6661, 6662, 6663, 6664, 6665, 6666, 6668, 6669 and 7000 but these available ports ARE RUNNING FROM A SAME IP/SERVER/ACCOUNT. Each port is different server. Example, port 6660 is server1.domain.net, port 6661 is server2.domain.net, 6667 is server3.domain.net and so on but they're (user) connected via port 6667, not non-6667 ports and also same rules with the first one, number 1.
Any suggestion and ideas?

Wouldnt it be more efficent to just have one unrealircd listen on all of those ports?
If you are getting tons of users, raise your limits. Or better yet, get servers on multiple servers, so that they can handle the load better.
