help boot error

what do i do?

* Loading IRCd configuration ..
* unrealircd.conf:71: Ignoring extra data
[error] unrealircd.conf:467: tld::motd: ircd.motd.fr: No such file or directory
[error] unrealircd.conf:468: tld::rules: ircd.rules.fr: No such file or directory
[error] 2 errors encountered
[error] IRCd configuration failed to pass testing
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemily not started)

ok i fixed that but now i get this * Loading IRCd configuration ..

* unrealircd.conf:466: unknown directive mask
* unrealircd.conf:467: unknown directive motd
* unrealircd.conf:468: unknown directive rules
[error] ERROR: No cloaking module loaded. (hint: you probably want to load cloak.so)
[error] If you are upgrading from 3.2 (or any older version), be sure to read the release notes or http://www.vulnscan.org/tmp/newcloak.txt regarding the cloaking change!
[error] IRCd configuration failed to pass testing
