Ban Evasion...

I've got a little problem: I'm an Global Operator on a server, and we've got a spammer who likes to make our lives miserable. He uses a proxy server to evade our glines, so whenever we ban him, he's gone for the length of time it takes to change his server. Is there some way to disable proxy servers, or will I just have to live with this guy?

Better still the Unreal team has been kind enough to provide you with a link to BOPM on their links page. Try looking there.

But yeah i agree with Stealth that BOPM is a good sollution although it wont cover all unknown proxies, with a few good DNSBL's it will cover most.
