error ssl

hello guy need some help debian4
when i ./Config (with ssl activated)

i get

Generating certificate request ..
req -new \
-config src/ssl.cnf -out server.req.pem \
-keyout server.key.pem -nodes
make: req: Command not found
make: *** [pem] Error 127

what this error ? i have 3box i cant find what are the problem
i have to install what for fixing this

try installing ca-certificates and ssl-cert see if that fixes it.
