Opers unable to kick without channel op status

Hi admin, some Ircops can kick without @.. all Ircops have the same configuration, the same options, but the others Ircops can´t kick without @
can you tell why if the config is the same for all

Do any of them have "can_override" in their oper blocks?

Then they all should be able to kick without being an op. If they aren't able to it is more than like that they aren't opered, they don't actually have the flag because a /rehash was never done, or their client doesn't think that they can because it checks for the op before sending the command to the server. You can have them try /quote kick #channel nick and see if that works.
