Permission Denied in AppendLogFile?

I am running unrealircd 3.2.6 with anope services. In my IceChat client I have an error window with the following message.

[07:55] ->> ERROR:frmChannel:Function:AppendLogFile Error Number:70 : Permission denied

I see nothing in the ircd.log file or the services.* log file that would point me at anything useful.

Any ideas?

Looks like that is a problem with your client, and not Unreal or your Services.
