MOTD

Having a problem regarding one of the servers messages interupting my MOTD (Local host: xxx.xx.xxx.xxx), it's whack right in the middle of it. While a MOTD doesnt seem all that important it's kind of messing up what i have displaying, would there be a way to maybe delay it until the MOTD has had a chance to display entirely?.

There's no server message like "Local host: xxx.xx.xxx.xxx" in UnrealIRCd. It must be your client displaying that.

Check MIRC options, under Connect > Local Info.
