Unreal3.2 spamfilter problem

Hi,

i was unable to delete some spamfilter which was added from irc. No matter how i type it, it wont be remove. Anyway to clear the spamfilter cache totally or what can i do?

Just a guess, server restart?

yup have had some problems with RC2 which always remove the wrong filter, but this time it just wont remove at all

It's case sensitive. Make sure you type it exactly as it appears.

it is but the pro is a staff enters a spamfilter that is super long but the ircd display only part of it thats why it can't be remove as i couldn't see the rest of it.

Dunnow which client he's using, but in mIRC it's truncated over several lines, like this:

Or is it even so long that it doesn't fit into that either ;).

Actually, here's a point. What happens when the command line to add a spamfilter gets > the allowed length by protocol...

For sure, but I doubt it'd be practical or possible. Someone suggested a /spamfilter del 5, which would be nice. But the spamfilters arent stored numerically, so that wouldnt work... /spamfilter clear would mean the deletion of some spamfilters you would want to keep.

It is true though that we really need a new way to remove spamfilters.
