SVS* commands can only be sent by a server, not a human

Hmm I wonder why svsnick works fine here then.

The previous awnser can't be the right on i think ;)
Still searching.
Here,s a copy off my ulines

ulines {
127.0.0.1;
::ffff:127.0.0.1;
localhost;
localhost.localdomain;
irc.<domain>.com;
services.<domain>.com;
};

I hope someone can help me out here.
At least what i'm trying to do is set the +cF snomask on a user without it being oper.
thnks

ulines apply to servers not users. As for users, all user commands are checked by the users local IRCd before being allowed, so whether the server is ulined or not, doesnt apply to the users on that server, with the exception of servers such as services.

Ok,

That i understand. Now is there any way of changing a perticular users snomask without it having oper rights?

Well to be honest, the only way I can think of is OperServ raw in services. Either that or give them an oper block with say only "helpop" flag so they dont actually get any oper priviledges, and can then set snomasks on themselves.
