Can't see clients connecting/exiting

I'm unable to see clients from connecting and exiting in the main admin window. However I'm able to see them when they connect into a #channel. Someone can explain this?

Try using /mode <yournick> +s +cF

If you dont see them then, then youre either not /oper'ed or you're client is hiding the notices.

Thnx on your reply, I just joined the unrealircd irc server and ask the guys there. The problem was, i didn't have the +s mas assigned on my nick.
They recommended me /quote helpop ?snomasks
As you sugested thou

After performing this command I got a few possibilities.

Evrything works again.
