Help with my config file please

Alright i have some knolage with encoing and all that and i just cant get this fricken thing to work properly. Can you tell me where its wrong? I tryed to upload it but i wont let me. So ill jsut put it in here. Thanks to anyone who can tell me why its wrong.

I would suggest you to use the example.conf in the map 'doc(s)'. I miss some things in this config, like a listen block.

Could you be more specific? What is the problem? Did you do exactly as mentioned in the example.conf ?

Try giving us actual errors, and not your whole conf.

We are here to help you fix errors, not find them for you (since Unreal does that part).

EDIT:
Also, it appears you didn't read through and change anything in the conf. Everything below the admin block is untouched (and most parts are even missing)! Read through the example.conf and change all the settings to what you desire.

Unreal requires effort to configure and run. If you can't put in the effort to READ and configure example.conf, you should not be running an IRCd at all.
