Lock user

Hallo

maybe a stupid question but i try

Can i sajoin a user ind a channel and then lock the user so he/she cant go out of the channel before admin / ircop unlock them

if they so quits irc and join again the still will be lock in the channel

You cannot lock a user in a channel. No client supports such a thing, and it would do nothing but create floods and problems.

Well, you kind of can. When a user /part's, you could in theory, sajoin them back in. So they can leave, but not for long. But, like Stealth said, it could cause floods.

You could try Angrywolfs Courtroom module . That allows you to /quarantine a user to a set channel . It also requires a chan op to give them voice before they can speak .
