Spamfilter question

Post by JimmyBoom »

Hi, I got a question about the spamfilter.
Is it possible to add a word in the spamfilter config and not to do any command on it.
Like warn, but without a message so the user cannot see it's beeing logged bij spamfilter?

I may be wrong but as far as I know, warn only alerts IRC operators with the appropriate snomask flag.

If i put a warn on the action it says to the user:
PRIVMSG Command processed, but a copy has been sent to ircops for evaluation (anti-spam) purposes. [Reason]
But I want to remove that message so they don't see anything.

Hmmm, the documentation suggests that shouldn't happen, which I guess is a fault in the documentation then.

But to be honest, I don't however thing the message that says it's been processed should be removed. Otherwise, you could set a spamfilter with the regex . (matches ANY character) and could then monitor everyone's private messages, which is technically spying.
