include "help.conf";
include "spamfilter.conf";
include "aliases/servicespackage.conf";

See the directory 'aliases' in Unreal's main dir which servicespackages are available.

Hmm, after taking a closer look at your config. How come that you have your U:Lines set and specified the services server, but not having a link block for it? :)

A services package would be nice if you want to get this working: Anope . Take a look there.
