Yeah sorry about that.
Anyway, a module on anope misunderstood a symbol and added a sqline for * meaning no one could get on with any nick and as there is no way to remove qlines added by services every server in the network had to be unlinked and restarted to get rid of that qline.
if it is possible in the future a command that can remove ANY qline given the right olines would be helpful.
