But nothing! :S

The spamfilter you added isn't for those bots

Try:
^[a-z]\d{4}![a-z]\d{4}@

[[dx]]

You can add it like ^[a-z]\d{3,4}![a-z]\d{3,4}@

I've seen at that network some clones with char + 3 or 4 numbers
