What modules do you HAVE to load? I am loading nick user oper mode join part tkl list message, what else do I need?

You only NEED to load 2 modules, commands and cloak.

As for loading command modules individually, that's REALLY not a good idea unless you KNOW what you're doing. AS in you know what commands are REQUIRED by RFC's etc... and which commands are server 2 server (thus required too)

So in reality it's better to disable commands using other methods then to not load their module. Safer too.

Configuration options in some cases, writing a module in others and where its a case of you don't trust an oper NOT to use a command, don't give them access to use it.
