no services need help

hi ok i got the ircd runnning fine but no services do i need a sepreate services program like the old unreal or is it built in as a modual sorry for the N00b QUESTION IF I NEED AN EXTERNAL SERVICES PROGRAM WHERE CAN I GET IT FROM OR IF I NEED A SERVICES MODUAL WHERE DO I GET THIS FROM ANY HELP IS APPRICATED THANX IN ADVANCE .

and sry about the caps i dinnt realise cap loc was on and im not retyping it all once again thanx heaps

You need a separate services program. http://www.anope.org for example.
