To make sure the time on all servers are the same (install a NTP client ;))

After some Googling:
In older Unreal versions (3.2.2 and earlier) this happened after a while after an oper used /SAMODE with certain parameters, this has been fixed in 3.2.3.
If you still get this problem and all your servers are running Unreal3.2.3 then there are still a few posibilities:
- a protocol error, by for example weird services.
- memory corruption

The only solution for it is to recreate the channel. So: let everyone leave the channel and after everyone has done that, join again.

What UnrealIRCd version are you on (and is it the same on all servers or do some run older versions)?
And what services package are you using?

Strange. Not sure what could cause it then. Odd 3rd party modules or anope on Unreal? Bad luck? ;p

For your information, a fishy timestamp of '2', which is somewhere in 1 jan 1970, is rarely caused by incorrect time (unless your clock really was set to 1970) and almost always by an incorrect server to server protocol message (like SJOIN with a timestamp of 2)... we thought we had fixed any unreal issues related to that a few versions ago, but services might still have some bug.. however, sounds like you run a decent anope so.. I'm lost.
