how to remove vhost for and autostart G+ mode at startup?

Hi im new to unrealircd. I have installed it on my ubuntu 9.04 server and im using cgiirc. I would like to know how and what must i set so that i the users dont use vhost to hide their ip addresses. In that way i can see who is the trouble makers and ban them if nessasery.

Another thing that i want to know is how can i set the unrealircd.conf so that G+ is acticated automatically when a channel is created? At the moment i must type /oper #channel G+

1> cloaking is automatic in Unreal and I'm not sure it can be removed except by the user. I think you can do modes-on-connect "-x"; in your set block however read the docs that come with Unreal, perhaps the answer is there. Additionally IRCops can see through cloaked and vhosts so there is no reason to force umode -x.
2> in your set block add modes-on-join "+ntG"; save then rehash. This will need to be on all servers to make it global.

Thank you i will try that. Had some trouble yesterday, my hdd crashed and now i have to get a new one. I will test it and let you know.
