How do I host UnrealIRCd Servers with a Dynamic IP (DHCP)?

I have a DHCP (Dynamic IP Address). I heard there are ways to host UnrealIRCd Servers on a Dynamic IP, and the most common way is "no-ip". How do I configure No-IP and UnrealIRCd to work together so users can connect?

For no-ip and/or dyndns, you install an application on your computer which tells no-ip/dyndns what your IP is. Unreal itself doesnt have anything to do this.

add a host for example

myircserver.dyndns.org
your current dynamic ip address

create it

then go to support section

download dyndns updater and install it will update your dynamic ip to the host name myircserver.dyndns.org


takes 5min easy as pie you can also purchase a domain some where and use that
