nick Limitation Help

Unfortunately I'm new to this and I'm sure the code that would fix this for me is something I should know but I'm not finding much information on it. There is a limitation where a user nick cannot start with a number, and we have a few long standing members that used just such a name on an older server. Not sure if there is a security reason behind this or not, if there is then they're out of luck. If there isn't a reason behind that, which lines do I need to edit to allow them to use and register names that start with numerals? ie 21Blackjack, 86, or something similar.

Unfortunately it is not permitted in the IRC RFC for nicks to start with a number. I forget the exact reason as to why this is not permitted.

We do not provide help on these forums for modifying Unreal's core source, so you're on your own as far as removing this limitation.
