I have a few rooms that have been created for specific admin on my server is their anyway to hide these rooms so the admin that dont have access dont see the rooms in the rooms list

There is no way to hide channels from opers of any type. However you can restrict access to a channel to opers, (umode +O or +o using channel mode +O) or to admins (user mode +A using channel mode +A).

Beyond that, if you don't trust an oper to stay out of a channel he/she shouldn't be in, then in all honesty he/she shouldn't be an oper to begin with.
