Frequent ping timeout problem.

Hallo it is two month that we have pin timeout problem we do everything to understand the reason of the problem. The datacenter said that there is no network issue and want mw to contact you to make a solution, what is the reason of this ping timeout every 5-10 minutes one users is going to disconnect. Can you help please. Thank you

It's possible you have an IRC ping confused with a normal ICMP ping. IRC ping timeouts are part of how IRC works and you'll never eliminate all of them. The ones you list there could very possibly be just the individual connections those clients have to your network. Remember, just because your server has an excellent connection to the internet doesn't mean your clients have one as well. Ping timeouts are not just generated by a client losing connectivity, but they are also caused by slow connections, different hardware clients use, as well as the internet path the connection takes to reach them.
