problem with commands

hi,
ns (NickServ) and cs (ChanServ) commands not working for me!!
what is the problem?

You need to load an alias file. What services are you using?

It depends on what you mean by "not working" (it would have been useful you to paste at least the error message). Some possibilities:

1. No alias definitions in your configuration
See the description of the Include Directive

2. Your ircd doesn't know what is the name of the Services server
See set::services-server

3. Other kind of bad configuration
See the description of the Alias Block.

4. Services is currently really down
This is the case when '/msg nickserv' and '/msg chanserv' returns "Unknown nick/channel"'. Then your Services is not running or not configured properly (or the nicknames of these services aren't nickserv and chanserv, but I don't think that's the problem).

Edit: oops, codemastr was faster, so just follow his advices, sorry.

i'm not using services..
i have included all alias files.
services its something i need to download?

yes ng1200. You have to download and install the services sofware. Services is a indipendent software from Unreal.
