I have ircd Running, It runs fine but i can only connect via my internal ip 192.168.0.X . How do i connect to it via my external ip though a client. At the moment when i input my client i get Unable to connect to server (Network is unreachable)
Please can you help me.

You need the DNS IP or whatever to be your Public IP address, like 82.xxxx. You can find it at somewhere like myip.net
You have to connect to localhost or 127.0.0.1 on your computer. On LAN connections, (or local connections, in your network,) you need to connect to your Private IP address, like 192.168.xxx
