Services Problem...

I have Unreal IRCD 3.2.1 running fine, but the problem is when I start up IRCservices.

here is my ircservices.log
[july 16 16:58:16 20004] IRC Services 5.036 starting up
[july 16 16:58:16 20004] http/main: Listening on :8080
[july 16 16:58:18 20004] Read error from server: Broken pipe.

Now I have RTFM.. over and over and over. I have even Google'd for the past 2-days and I'm totally lost. I didn't have nearly as a hard time with setting up Unreal.

Any ideas?

Well after enough head banging talking a walk, I found my problem.
