Unreal IRCD 3.2 @ Win2k Server Edition

Hello,

I have tried to install Unreal IRCD 3.2 on Windows 2000 (Server Edition) i thought that this, could work. But when i try to open the program nothing happens. Does anyone have al solution for this problem?

I just checked my logbook at my server and saw the error Unreal IRCD hung on starting.
