All cons in use, but I need my opers on

I can't connect to my server, nor can my opers, I have try'ed to allow my ip on, but it stops anyone connecting, askes everyone for there pass...

"ERROR All connections in use" for least 1min

Please help me get my opers/me on no matter if the clients filled the server, no mind leaveing 8 cons for just opers even if there not there

Will that fix the probilem the people get "wrong password" or username, forget which, I got it so I could connect, but the server lost 50 people cause they couldn't connect wrong user or pass so din't get chance to test if I could connect even if server full.

The idea is only opers use it. So you shouldn't need 50.

Besides that, look in the FAQ to let your ircd hold more connections, and consider getting another server for user connections.

It won't fix username, because if they don't have the right username, they'll just bubble up to the *@* allow block anyway.

It will fix the password issue though (for users that don't use connection passwords).

I have 2 allow block things, 1 for clients 1 for opers
opers max 10 and need password, and only allow from 1 ip
clients max 1004 and no need pasword, allow from any ip
(server maxes at 1014, don't want changed.)
Probilem being is, everyone that trys to connect, gets pass mismatach when they shouldn't be...

Probably your clients send NickServ passwords as server password and they match the passworded allow block. In that case allow::options::nopasscont doesn't help.
