Is it possible to host multiply irc's at only 1 UnrealIRCD application?

Not quite sure I understand you but...

You can have multiple installations of the IRCd on one machine, as long as each installation binds to a different IP and/or port. If you intend to link them, then of course they have to have different info in the me block :) .

No, each instance of UnrealIRCd can only run one server, however it can bind to multiple IPs, and have multiple hostnames
