UnrealIRCd 4 is no longer supported. Admins must upgrade to UnrealIRCd 5.
If you are upgrading from 4.x to 5.x then check out What's new in UnrealIRCd 5 and Upgrading from 4.x. In any case, be sure to upgrade your services package first! (if you use any).

transferring servers to different ports
because if I use dns ip, it will connect to the default port 6667 it's not all 6667

I mean redirects without the main server support port
redirection so that all my servers can be used by users evenly without the burden to a server that supports

Not sure to understand your question. Do you mean you try to create a RR without having the same ports used on each server ? I don't know how it can work as it's the client which send the port, using 6667 (or 6697) by default or another port if it's setted in its server configuration.
