[SOLVED] How to take of all securitys ?

Hello.

I have installed unrealircd server and i am developping a sort of web portal.

All the connexion to my unrealircd server will be from my own server which is on the same computer than the unrealircd (localhost).

Actually, i am testing very much and i am regularly blocked by throttling protection and other protections.

Can i deactived all that ?
