[SOLVED] how to give more access

Hi, want to give more access to someone i trust, not to be IRCOP but with more authority like to be able to see users modes, z/gline etc..

Unfortunately, that is IRCOp behaviour, and is limited to IRCOps.

In your case I am not sure what part of being an IRCOp you don't want to give, but you can limit what IRCOps can and cannot do by giving them a custom Operclass using an Operclass Block, and giving them very limited permissions.
