Max channel modes per once.

Hello.
How to change the max. value of modes set per once? Default value us 12, so is there any way to change it for example to 3?

Changing it would break many, many things.

Hmm, but is it possible? Somewhere in the documentation is written that Unrealircd has good and big configuration file, but everythink is built-in in source and is unable to modify. I think max modes number is very elementary setting, so why not settable?

It's not a very "elemental" setting, changing it will BREAK things. So it will NOT be configurable.
