Well, that's obviously a Windows Anope problem. Contact the person who ported Anope to windows and tell them about your problem, it doesnt look too good :?

Seems like it's a problem with Cygwin. I don't have much ideas about how to get it solved. Perhaps contact one of the people who maintain the Win32 port of Anope.

why don u use the OFFICIAL version of anope for windows ?

u can download it from here: Anope+Win32

u can also download Pre-Compiled Win32 Modules

thats first aadress is wrong there not found anything but how can i load this modul dll ?

ummm may be the d/l link is down for now. but u can check back letter this site for info abt the downlaod & loading the modules...
