DCCALLOW Question

Forgive me if this sounds moronic, IM quite sleepy atm lol

Ive been over the forums somewhat, as well as the conf and the docs, so i will ask here

Is there any way to disable it short of removing the code?

If you don't specify "soft" dcc denies, then /dccallow has no effect anyway.

if I'm correct .. dccallow isn't enabled unless you load dccallow.conf So it should be off by default.
