pool server default port

How can i make to connect to my irc pool server trough another port like 7000 i don't want them to connect via 6667 because their port is blocked, i changed the default port on the config.h and still dont get another port when i write down irc.server.net it still connecting from the 6667 port

how can i change that?

You can't change that, this is a client problem, not a server one. If you connect to irc.server.net without specifying a port, most ircclients assume it's port 6667.
