MedNet Services - http://mednet.bobbaz.com
Works with Windows and Unix operating systems. Contains a ChanServ, NickServ, MemoServ, BotServ, AdminServ, HostServ, AOLServ, MSNServ, and InfoServ.
Although my opinion on other services packages will be biased, i felt that I just had to reply to this thread.
You need to define what exactly "the best services" are. Just because they have more pseudoclients, or they have a windows version, doesn't make them the best.
Good services are ones which have a solid code base, one which is reliable under most circumstances. Good services also need to have good support and backup, incase things should go wrong. They also need extendibility, via modules, as well as support for all operating systems and IRCd's.
I am unable to actually browse the site mentioned, as it appears to be down (DNS reasons). I will have a look later, and give my opinion then.
Until then, Use Anope fs!
