ummm u klined urself ? ... come with another ip and use this cmd
/kline [email protected] ( use i.p address instead " i.p " which u have klined " ) and u should learn all ircd cmds b4 u do those things ... try google to search ircd cmds .... search for " IRCD commands " .

and one more thing if u have added ur ip in the config file as klined then u cant remove it with any cmd except editing the config file

Ohh another thing ... u can check the list of the Klined ip's ... that r already klined in ur server ... use /stats k
same goes for zline/gline/shun ..... use /stats G & /stats Z

all i did was shutting down Unreal IRCD and get Unreal IRCD server up and i logged on successfully.

if i kline someone, where do the IPs and Hosts go?

There's a slightly long circuit board with a bunch of chips on it. If you've seen it before you'd know it's called a RAM Chip. That's where the klines are stored . IOW, klines added using /kline are cleared on restart, and aren't saved in a file other than the ban user {} klines added in unrealircd.conf which must be added/removed by hand. Oh and by the way, for future reference...
