am using Unreal3.1.4-Meadows

i want to change the limit cuz my server the limit are 15000

Unreal 3.1 is no longer supported. Please update to Unreal 3.2 ASAP.

The Max is not the maximum the server can hold but the maximum users ever connected to the server.
