need help with anope

i added my nick in rootname in services.conf

then am a network admin

but when i want to loadmoudle

or add new botserv

you have to /identify too

there is another step to get some more access in anope

/msg operserv set superamin on/off

if u do this u will get services super admin access .

... which is not required to add new botserv bots or load modules.
